That's how I started handling Anxiety Without Medicines

On October 11, 2015 I was on my computer and I was not allowed to click on what I wanted and I hit the screen twice and the protector was broken, at that time I was very scared and said that it was broken, Fortunately near the house and a place to fix appliances and fix the screen saver the same day.

However on September 17th, 2016 after a long English class I started playing on my Wii U the game of Mario Kart 8 online and it was in the last positions during many races and one loses points when being in a bad position and I was so bad that I got less than 10,000 points and trying to come back was still in the last positions and I was very angry and gave more than 2 strokes to the screen of the control of the Wii U and the display broke, I was scared Very much and I said that I had damaged it, that day we tried to fix it and there were no screens and in a store an arrangement cost 480,000 pesos (160 dollars) extremely high cost.

The same day, I looked at sites to get that screen and I found the amazon page of the United States in which the screen was at a very good price ($ 16), we had to wait 3 months to save and look at how to buy in amazon and what The product arrived at our house in Colombia.

Finally, on Tuesday, December 27th, we bought the screen in amazon and in January 6th the screen had arrived in my home

From this experience I learned the following:

I should not harm anything and be calm when playing games where you can lose points.

I hurt myself, damaging my objects.

En el día 11 de octubre del año 2015 estaba en mi computador y no me dejaba hacer click a lo que quería y le di dos golpes a la pantalla y quedó roto el protector, en ese momento estaba muy asustado y había dicho que se había roto, afortunadamente cerca de la casa hay un lugar para arreglar electrodomésticos y arreglamos el protector de pantalla el mismo día.

Sin embargo el día 17 de septiembre de 2016 después de una larga clase de ingles me puse a jugar en mi Wii U el juego de Mario Kart 8 en linea y quedaba en las últimas posiciones durante muchas carreras y uno pierde puntos al quedar en una mala posición y me fue tan mal que llegué a tener menos de 10.000 puntos y al intentar remontar seguía quedando en las últimas posiciones y me enojé mucho y le di más de 2 golpes a la pantalla del control de la Wii U y el display se rompió, me asusté muchísimo y  dije que la había dañado, ese día intentamos arreglarlo y no habían pantallas y en una tienda un arreglo costaba 480.000 pesos (160 Dólares) costo extremadamente elevado.

El mismo día, miré sitios  para conseguir esa pantalla y encontré la página de amazon de Estados Unidos en la que la pantalla estaba a un muy buen precio (16 dólares), tuvimos que esperar 3 meses para ahorrar y mirar como comprar en amazon y que el producto llegué a nuestra casa en Colombia.

Finalmente el martes 27 de diciembre compramos la pantalla en amazon y llegó a mi casa el día 6 de enero en la mañana.

De esta experiencia aprendi lo siguiente:

No hay que dañar nada y estar calmado al jugar juegos en los que uno puede perder puntos.

Me hice daño a mi mismo dañando mis objetos.

Como hacer compras por internet y ver como funcionan.
